Prohibited content

Illegal material under any applicable law. Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to authorities. Content you lack the legal right to process. Material that infringes third-party intellectual property. Content designed to harass, defame, or endanger any person.

Prohibited technical conduct

Cryptocurrency mining or any unrelated compute workload on platform infrastructure. Circumventing, tampering with, or falsifying credit metering, usage limits, or rate limits. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract platform source code or model weights. Automated scraping of the platform, its API, or its documentation beyond documented API use. Penetration testing without prior written authorisation. Reselling, sublicensing, or providing platform access to third parties without a written agreement. Operating multiple accounts to obtain additional trial credits.

Resource abuse

Deliberately generating load intended to degrade service. Exceeding documented rate limits through distributed or automated requests. Uploading content designed to trigger disproportionate compute cost.

Enforcement

First violation: written warning and 7 days to remedy.

Repeated or serious violation: suspension pending review.

Illegal content, metering circumvention, or infrastructure abuse: immediate termination without notice, without refund, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

We reserve the right to suspend any account presenting a security or financial risk to the platform, with notice provided as soon as practicable.
